摘  要:矿山生产爆破的主要目的是实现预期的破碎效果,岩石的破碎程度对控制和提高后续采矿和破碎效率有着重要影响,破碎岩石块度分布可作为指导爆破设计和评价施工质量的重要依据。常用的破碎岩石块度分布测量方法有目测法、筛分法和图像分析法,但均存在一定的局限性和缺点,应用效果不佳。基于LIDAR或立体摄像机的3D测量技术,可捕获爆堆图像,虽然大大减小了测量误差,但也存在耗时耗力、仅限于从固定位置捕捉图像、定点测量时空分辨率较低等缺点。UAV技术是近年来新兴的测量技术,其能够快速、频繁地进行数据采集,因而提高了测量数据的统计可靠性,在岩体破碎块度分布监测方面具有广阔的应用前景。The main purpose of blasting in mine production is to achieve the expected crushing effect.The degree of rock fragmentation has an important impact on the control and improvement of the efficiency of subsequent mining and crushing process.The distribution of broken rock fragmentation can be used as an important basis for guiding blasting design and evaluating construction quality.The commonly used measurement methods for broken rock block size distribution include visual inspection,screening and image analysis.However,they all have some limitations and shortcomings,the application effect is not good.For this reason,a 3Dmeasurement technology based on LIDAR or stereo camera is proposed to capture burst images.Although the measurement error is greatly reduced,there are some disadvantages,such as time-consuming and labor-intensive,limited to capturing images from fixed positions,low spatialtemporal resolution of fixed-point measurement.UAV technology is a new measurement technology in recent years.It can provide fast and frequent data acquisition,improve the statistical reliability of measurement data,and has a broad application prospect in monitoring the distribution of rock fragmentation.
