摘  要:为了研究齐卡巨型兔结膜炎病症细菌学,试验采用了细菌分离鉴定、生化试验、分子生物学鉴定方法。分离鉴定结果表明:鉴定分离菌为金黄色葡萄球菌;动物试验研究结果显示,分离菌腹腔接种攻毒小白鼠致死率为50%,能100%复制齐卡巨型兔病例;药敏试验显示,分离菌对链霉素、庆大霉素、磺胺甲噁唑表现为耐药性,对红霉素、头孢噻呋、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星表现为敏感;选用恩诺沙星进行治疗,病兔30 d内可痊愈。说明齐卡巨型兔结膜炎细菌病原为金黄色葡萄球菌,恩诺沙星对其具有良好治疗效果。In order to study the bacterial isolation and identification,biochemical test and molecular biological identification were adopted for developing the bacteriological study of conjunctivitis in ZIKA Rabbits,the results showed that,the isolates were identified as staphylococcus aureus.The results of animal experiment showed that the death rate of the mice inoculated with the isolated bacteria was 50%,and the cases of ZIKA rabbits could be100%duplicated.The drug sensitivity test showed that the isolates were resistant to streptomycin,gentamicin,sulfamethoxazole and sensitive to erythromycin,cefotiafume,enoxacin and ciprofloxacin.Enoxacin was selected for treatment,and therabbits could be cured within 30 days.Therefore,the bacterial pathogen of conjunctivitis in ZIKA Rabbits was staphylococcus aureus,Enrofloxacin had a obviously therapeutic effect on it.
