摘  要:本科教育是大学教育的根基,必须坚持"以本为本",毫不动摇地推进大学本科教育改革,发挥本科教育的主体地位。本研究以"以本为本"的高等教育发展理念为指导依据,以《学前教育原理》课程为例,借助翻转课堂进行教学改革,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价四部分提出了基于"以本为本"的卓越幼儿园教师职前培养实践研究。该实践研究构建了幼儿园教师职前培养新模式、创新了课堂教学方式、提高了学生学习能力和教学质量。Undergraduate education is the foundation of university education.With the adherence to the“undergraduate-oriented”principle,the reform of undergraduate education must be unswervingly promoted to exert the main role of undergraduate education.With the“undergraduate-oriented”principle as the guidance for the development of higher education,this paper is a case study of preschool education principle curriculum of a reform via flipped class model,and puts forward a practical study on outstanding preschool teachers’pre-service cultivation from the four parts of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation.The research constructs a new model for preschool teachers' pre-service cultivation,innovates the classroom teaching method,and improves the students' learning ability and teaching quality.
