基于关键词共现的国内外重症患者肠内营养支持研究热点可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析国内外重症患者肠内营养支持研究的现状和热点,为临床肠内营养支持治疗研究和护理提供参考依据。方法运用文献计量学、共词分析和社会网络分析的方法,通过检索万方数据库、PubMed数据库2009年1月17日至2018年12月31日收录的重症患者肠内营养治疗相关文献作为统计源,分析国内外发表文献的期刊、年份以及研究热点等方面的情况。结果共计检索到文献3254篇,万方数据库和PubMed数据库分别为1945篇与1309篇。万方数据库文献分布在445种期刊上,其中13种期刊发表了占比23.03%的文献。PubMed数据库文献共分布在334种期刊上,其中11种期刊发表了占比33.31%的文献。经社会网络化分析发现,国内外肠内营养研究领域集中在重症患者的肠内营养治疗和护理,并围绕其治疗效果、并发症护理及影响因素展开研究。结论重症患者肠内营养研究仍处在发展阶段,需基于研究热点探索和拓宽其研究领域,为制定重症患者肠内营养个性化干预方案提供科学的参考。Objective To analyze the present situation and research focus of enteral nutrition support for critical patients at home and abroad to provide reference for treatment study and nursing care of enteral nutrition support.Method Search Wanfang data and PubMed on related literature on enteral nutrition support for critical patients from Jan.17th 2009 to Dec.31st 2018.Analyze the periodicals,publishing year and research focus of the literature.Result 3254 articles are retrieved.1945 articles are from Wanfang data and 1309 are from PubMed.Articles from Wanfang data are distributed in 445 periodicals and 23.03%articles are published in 13 periodicals.Articles from PubMed are distributed in 334 periodicals and 33.31%articles are published in 11 periodicals.Social network analysis shows that research focus of enteral nutrition are enteral nutrition therapy and nursing care for critical patients and research around its effect,nursing care on complication and influencing factors.Conclusion Research on enteral nutrition for critical patients is in developing stage,of which the research field needs to be widen by exploring its research focus to provide scientific reference for personalized intervention on enteral nutrition for critical patients.
