摘　　要：本文通过对我国当前商业特许经营信息披露制度的价值关联和存在的问题进行分析,提出我国应进行商业特许经营信息披露专项立法,统一规范信息披露形式、格式要求,明确信息披露的义务主体,严格规定信息披露时限,严密信息披露不当的责任追究体系。以此来有效保障特许经营中参与主体的知情权,维护我国特许经营市场的健康发展。This paper analyzes the value correlation and existing problems of China's current commercial franchise information disclosure system,and proposes that China should conduct special legislation on commercial franchise information disclosure,unify and regulate the form and format of information disclosure,clarify the obligation of information disclosure,and strictly stipulate the time limit for information disclosure and the accountability system for improper information disclosure.All the advices mentioned above aim to provide a reference for protecting the rights of the participants in the franchise and maintain the sound and orderly development of the franchise in the market economy.
