摘  要:随着农业生产机械化水平提高,薯类收获的重心从分段收获转变为联合收获。薯块提升输送技术是薯类联合收获机研发的关键技术之一,从而要求薯类联合收获机在收获过程中有适宜的提升输送速度,薯块在一二级输送带的传递过程中有合理的缓冲角度,提升输送机构的刮板有理想的倾角。为此本文在分析了根茎类作物一级输送、二级输送和多级输送的三种输送形式的基础上,阐述了国内外薯类收获提升输送装置的研究现状,并借鉴了立式环形输送、螺旋输送、夹持输送和振动输送等先进技术,依据现阶段研究情况对提升输送装置未来的发展进行展望。薯类收获提升输送技术研究与优化设计,对提高机械化收获薯类具有重要意义。With the improvement of the mechanization level of agricultural production,the focus of potato harvesting has changed from segmented harvest to combined harvesting.The potato block lifting and conveying technology is one of the key technologies for the development of potato combine harvester,which requires potato combine harvester has a suitable lifting speed during the harvesting process,and the potato block has a reasonable buffer angle during the transfer of the first and second conveyor belts,and the squeegee of the conveying mechanism should have an ideal inclination angle.Therefore,based on the analysis of the three transport modes of primary,secondary and multi-level transport of rhizome crops,this review describes the current research status of potato harvesting and lifting conveyors at home and abroad,And draw on advanced technologies such as vertical ring conveyor,screw conveyor,clamp conveyor and vibration transmission,and prospects for the future development of lifting conveyors based on the current research situation.The research and optimization design of potato harvesting and conveying technology is of great significance to improve the mechanized harvesting of potatoes.
