摘 要:针对陕蒙接壤深部矿区照搬浅部双巷掘进布置宽区段煤柱导致部分矿井已有冲击地压显现现象,以陕蒙接壤深部矿区B矿为例,采用数值模拟和理论分析的方法,研究区段煤柱的应力演化规律,揭示区段煤柱诱发冲击地压的机理:由于该矿区煤层的强冲击倾向性和高单轴抗压强度,其弹性核积聚弹性能的能力更高,当弹性核区破坏时,能量释放产生的冲击力易超出巷道阻力及支护阻力,致使煤柱侧发生冲击。鉴于此提出降低煤柱上方应力、减弱煤柱弹性核区蓄能能力和增大巷帮阻抗力等防治对策。研究成果应用于B矿31102沿空工作面,解决了区段煤柱造成的沿空巷道频繁强动力显现,实现了工作面的安全回采,对陕蒙接壤深部矿区区段煤柱冲击地压防治具有借鉴意义。In view of the rock bursts which have appeared in some mines due to the duplication of shallow two-lane excavation and the arrangement of wide sections of coal pillars in the deep mining area adjacent to Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia,with Mine B in the deep mining areas of Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia adjacent regions as an example,the stress evolution law of segment pillars has been analyzed through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,and the mechanism of rock burst induced by segment pillars have been revealed.Due to the strong impact burst tendency and high uniaxial compressive strength of the coal seam in this area,the elastic core has a higher capacity to accumulate elastic energy.When the elastic core area is destroyed,the impact force generated by energy will be likely to exceed the roadway resistance and the support resistance.As a result,an impact will occur on the side of coal pillars.In view of this,some prevention strategies,such as reducing the stress above and weaken ing the energy storage capacity of elastic core area of coal pillars and increasing the roadway resistance have been proposed.The research results have been applied into gob-side working face 31102 of Mine B,solving the problem of the frequent occurrence of strong dynamic behavior along the gob,realizing the safe mining on the working face,and providing significant references for the prevention of rock burst caused by segment pillars in deep mining areas bordering on Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.
