摘　　要：陕西金泰氯碱化工有限公司多年来持续探索降低液氯产量的方法,先后通过加强生产管控、增加氯乙烯尾气回收装置、增加电解水制氢装置、调整氯气和氢气分配方式、增加液氯汽化装置,达到了生产平稳情况下液氯零产量、正常生产期间液氯保持零库存的目的,降低了液氯储存及销售过程中的风险,同时创造了良好的经济效益。Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.has been continuously exploring the ways to reduce the production of liquid chlorine for many years.The following measures were taken successively:strengthening the production control,increasing vinyl chloride tail gas recovery device,increasing the production device of hydrogen from water electrolysis,adjusting the distribution mode of chlorine and hydrogen,and increasing the vaporization device of liquid chlorine.As a result,the aim of zero production of liquid chlorine in stable operation and zero inventory in normal production was achieved.The risk in the storage and sale of liquid chlorine reduced and good economic benefits were created.
