摘  要:目的:优选小儿爽肤洗液的提取工艺。方法:采用共水蒸馏法,在单因素考察的基础上,以药材粉碎度、液固比和提取时间为考察因素,以提取液中绿原酸得率和挥发油提取率的综合指标Z为响应值,采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优选小儿爽肤洗液的提取工艺,并进行验证试验。结果:确定的最佳提取工艺为粉碎度30目、液固比12 mL/g、提取时间4.0 h。在此工艺条件下,提取得到综合指标为0.63、0.63和0.61,预测值为0.63(RSD<5%)。结论:优选的最佳提取工艺方法准确、合理、可行,可用于小儿爽肤洗液的提取。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Xiao'er Shangfu lotion.Methods:Based on single factor test by coeno-'water distillation,crushing levels,solid-liquid ratios and extraction times were selected as influential factors,and comprehensive indicator Z of the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid and volatile oil was selected as response value.Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction technology of Xiao'er Shangfu Lotion.Validation test was conducted.Results:The optimal extraction technology was as follows as crushing level of 30 mesh,solid-liquid ratio of 12 mL/g and extraction time for 4.0 h.Under this technology,comprehensive indicator(Z)were respectively 0.63,0.63 and 0.61,and the relative error of which to predicted(Z)0.63 was less than 5%.Conclusions:The optimal extraction technology is accurate,reasonable and feasible,and it can be used for the extraction of Xiao'er Shuangfu lotion.
