摘　　要：黄苔多主热证、里证、实证,为黄苔主病之常,此种黄苔多见于急性病或病之早期;然黄苔主表证、寒证、虚证并不少见,乃黄苔主病之变,多见于慢性病疑难病或病之中后期,此种黄苔机理较为复杂,需就苔色苔质结合四诊信息辨证分析。临证之中,对于屡治不效者,需四诊合参,厘定黄苔主病之机理,以免误诊误治。The yellow tongue coating is mainly characterized by heat syndrome,interior syndrome and excess syndrome,which are the common diseases of yellow tongue coating.This yellow tongue coating is commonly found in acute diseases or early of diseases.However,yellow tongue coating is mainly characterized by exterior syndrome,cold syndrome and deficiency syndrome,which are the changes of yellow tongue coating main diseases.This is commonly found in chronic diseases,difficult diseases or the middle and late stages of diseases.The mechanism of this yellow coating is relatively complex,and it must be dialectically analyzed based on the color and texture of the tongue coating and combined with the four diagnostic information.In clinical manifestations,for those who fail to treat repeatedly,comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods should be combined to determine the mechanism of yellow tongue coating main diseases,so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
