摘　　要：青鹏膏剂为藏药经典外用膏,富含多种有效成分,具有抗炎、抗水肿、抗氧化、改善微循环等作用。总结了近年来与青鹏软膏相关的药理作用及临床应用的文献,从调节炎症介质、保护关节软骨、激活类阿片机制三个方面,概述了该领域的最新研究进展,为其将来进一步的研究发展提供了一定的参考价值。As a classical external cream of Tibetan Medicine,Qingpeng Ointment has numerous powerful points with the help of various active ingredients,as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and improved microcirculation.In recent years,more and more researches have been dedicated to the research of Qingpeng Ointment,and this traditional medicine is widely used in the treatment of diverse types of osteoarthrosis and skin inflammation due to its good curative effect,high safety,and convenient use.This review summarized the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Qingpeng Ointment in the past few years,involved in regulating inflammatory mediators,protecting articular cartilage,and activating opioid mechanisms.It offered an overview of the latest research progress in this field,which provided instructive advice for further research and development.
