益气健脾补肾生血方联合小剂量铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血患儿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨益气健脾补肾生血方联合小剂量铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月就诊于保定华医中医医院的120例小儿缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患儿采用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上采用益气健脾补肾生血方治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率93.33%,显著高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Hb、RBC、MCV、MCHC明显升高,且观察组患儿Hb、RBC、MCV、MCHC显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁(SI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TSAT、SI明显升高,且观察组患儿TSAT、SI优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气健脾补肾生血方联合小剂量铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血临床疗效显著。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen Shengxue Formula(益气健脾补肾生血方)combined with small dose of iron supplements in children with iron deficiency anemia.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,120 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted in Baoding Huayi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dextran iron oral solution,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Bushen Shengxue Formula(益气健脾补肾生血方)on the treatment basis of the control group.The efficacy in the 2 groups was compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV)and mean corpuscular-hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)between the 2 groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the Hb,RBC,MCV and MCHC in the 2 groups were significantly increased,and the Hb,RBC,MCV and MCHC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum iron(SI)and transferrin saturation(TSAT)between the 2 groups before the treatment(P>0.05);after the treatment,the TSAT and SI in the 2 groups were significantly increased,and the TSAT and SI in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidences of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen Shengxue Formula(益气健脾补肾生血方)combined with small dose of iron supplements in children with iron deficiency anemia is significan
