摘  要:开展抽蓄电站斜支臂转子支架在实际运行工况下动态特性的理论与实验研究。建立斜支臂转子支架有限元模型,对斜支臂转子支架结构发电与抽水过渡工况进行计算分析,得到抽水与发电工况下斜支臂转子支架结构的动态响应。基于无线应变电测法,对各过渡工况下转子支架斜筋易损部位进行应力测试。研究表明:发电与抽水工况斜支臂转子支架径向变形与等效应力随载荷的增大而不断增加,其中离心力载荷起主导作用;抽水工况下电磁扭矩可明显加剧径向变形,而在发电工况下其作用效果并不明显;斜支臂转子支架切向承载能力与斜筋倾斜方向有关,同斜筋倾斜方向的电磁扭矩将减小支架斜筋部位等效应力,反之则增大结构等效应力。The paper presents theoretical and experimental study on dynamic strength of rotor bracket with oblique-arm for the pump-turbine.The finite element method was used to simulate the actual operation process.The dynamic response of rotor bracket under generating and pumping working conditions was analyzed.Then the experimental test was carried out to measure the stress distribution based on the wireless strain gauging method.Result shows that radial deformation and equivalent stress of rotor bracket in power generation and pumping conditions increase with the increasing loads.The centrifugal force plays a dominant role in this case.The electromagnetic torque in pumping condition can significantly increase the radial deformation,while the effect of the torque in generating condition is not evident.The tangential load-carrying capacity of the oblique-arm rotor bracket is related to the inclined direction of diagonal bar.The equivalent stress of diagonal bar increases when the direction of the bar is same with that of electromagnetic torque.The result is opposite when the direction of diagonal bar is opposed with the torque.
