摘 要:基于碱式硫酸铝(碱铝)解吸法脱硫技术,利用燃煤模拟烟气,在鼓泡脱硫装置中研究入口SO2浓度、烟气流量对脱硫与氧化的影响。结果表明:相同的烟气流量下,脱硫效率随通气时间的延长逐渐降低,高入口SO2浓度的降低速率较快,但在脱硫350 min的终点时刻仍能达到92%以上;相同的入口SO2浓度下,脱硫效率随烟气流量的增加整体上仍然呈下降趋势,这与通气量增加带来的碱铝消耗加快以及脱硫有效接触时间降低有关;碱铝脱硫过程中,SO32-氧化率和氧化速率随脱硫时间延长而增加,不同条件下的脱硫终点氧化率达到20%以上,这对碱铝的再生不利;入口SO2浓度是脱硫效率、氧化速率的主要影响因素,烟气流量是氧化率的主要影响因素,较低的通气流量和入口SO2浓度对高脱硫效率的维持时间有利。Based on the basic aluminum sulfate(aluminum base) desorption desulfurization technology,the coal-fired simulated flue gas was used to study the effects of inlet SO2 concentration and flue gas flow on desulfurization and oxidation in a bubbling desulfurization unit.The results showed that the desulfurization efficiency decreased with the ventilation time under the same flue gas flow rate.Especially,the decrease rate of desulfurization efficiency was faster for high inlet SO2 concentration,but it could still reach 92% or more at the end of 350 min desulfurization.The desulfurization efficiency generally decreased with the increase of flue gas flow under the same inlet SO2 concentration,which was related to the acceleration of aluminum base consumption and the reduction of effective contact time of desulfurization due to increased ventilation.During the desulfurization process of aluminum base,the SO■oxidation efficiency and oxidation rate increased with the desulfurization time,and the desulfurization end point oxidation efficiency under different conditions reached more than 20%,which was unfavorable for the regeneration of aluminum base.The inlet SO2 concentration was the main influence factor of desulfurization efficiency and oxidation rate,while the flue gas flow rate was the main influence factor of oxidation efficiency.Lower ventilation flow rate and inlet SO2 concentration were beneficial to the maintenance of high desulfurization efficiency time.
