摘  要:为了优化混合工质配比,提高系统性能,采用Aspen Plus来模拟自动复叠制冷系统,将遗传算法与混合工质的配比选取结合,以系统热力学完善度最高为目标函数进行优化,得出了不同蒸发器出口温度、冷凝器出口温度、压缩机压比时系统性能最优时混合工质的质量配比,为实际自动复叠制冷系统设计和制冷剂充注提供了理论数据。将一组三级自动复叠制冷系统的实验值与模拟值进行对比,发现模拟值与实验值的误差多数都在10%以内。In order to optimize the mixing ratio and improve the performance of the system,Aspen Plus is used to simulate the automatic cascade refrigeration system,the genetic algorithm is combined with the selection of the mixing ratio for the working medium,and the system thermodynamics is optimized with the highest objective degree.The mass ratio of mixed refrigerants with different evaporator outlet temperature,condenser outlet temperature and compressor pressure ratio is obtained,which provides theoretical data for the actual automatic cascade refrigeration system design and refrigerant charging.The comparison of the experimental values of a set of three-stage automatic cascade refrigeration system and the simulation results,shows that the error between the simulation and the experimental results is mostly within 10%.
