摘 要:对H型翅片椭圆管束的管外侧传热与阻力特性进行了模化实验研究,得到了H型翅片椭圆管束的管外侧传热与阻力特性变化规律,分析了横向管间距s1与纵向管间距s2对H型翅片椭圆管束传热与阻力特性的影响。研究表明:在研究范围内,随着s1的增大,管外侧传热性能变差、阻力减小;随着s2的增大,管外侧传热性能明显变差,阻力明显减小;且纵向管间距s2对传热与阻力性能的影响比横向管间距s1更明显。Experimental tests were performed to study the heat transfer and resistance characteristics at the outer surface of H-type finned elliptical tube banks,and the variation laws and correlations of external heat transfer and resistance were obtained.The effects of transverse tube pitch(s1) and longitudinal tube pitch(s2) on the heat transfer and resistance performance of H-type finned elliptical tube banks were investigated.It is found that the heat transfer performance is reduced,and the flow resistance is decreased,as s1 increases.The heat transfer performance is reduced significantly,and the flow resistance is decreased significantly,as s2 increases.Furthermore,the effect of longitudinal tube spacing s2 on heat transfer and resistance performance is more evident,compared with the transverse tube spacing s1.
