摘 要:采用FLUENT软件对具有不同结构参数的等节距缩放管进行了对流传热数值模拟,研究了缩放角θ、喉径比γ及节距L对传热性能的影响,并用场协同理论进行传热强化分析。结果表明:雷诺数Re在4 138~5 977范围内,缩放角θ越大,努塞尔数Nu越大,压降Δp急剧增大;喉径比γ越小,努塞尔数Nu越大,压降Δp急剧增大;节距L在30~50 mm范围内,随雷诺数Re增大,节距L增加,努塞尔数Nu增大;在50~60 mm范围内,随雷诺数Re增大,节距L增加,努塞尔数Nu基本保持不变;等节距缩放管的缩放节能改善管内流体速度场和热流场的协同程度,提升管内对流传热水平。The convective heat transfer numerical simulation of equal pitch converging-diverging tubes with different structural parameters was carried out by using FLUENT.The effects of converging-diverging angleθ,throat diameter ratioγand pitch L on heat transfer performance were studied,and the heat transfer enhancement analysis was carried out based on the field synergy theory.The results indicated that:at 4138<Re<5977,the larger the converging-diverging angleθ,the larger Nu and the sharper increase ofΔp.The smaller the throat ratioγ,the larger Nu and the sharper increase ofΔp.When the pitch L is in the range of 30 mm to 50 mm,as Re increases,the pitch L increases and Nu increases.When it is in the range of 50 mm to 60 mm,as Re increases,the pitch L increases and Nu remains unchanged.According to the analysis of the field synergy principle,the scaling energy section of the equal-pitch converging-diverging tube improves the synergy between the fluid velocity field and the heat flow field in the tube,thus improving the convective heat transfer level in the tube.
