摘  要:介绍了基于PXI系列数据采集装置和图形化编程语言LABVIEW的燃柴机组高精度数据采集系统的设计思路与实现方式,详尽描述了高精度数据采集系统的设计方案、硬件组成和软件程序功能。系统可对电压、电流、转速等信号进行多通道连续采集,测量精度高、响应时间短,可满足多种测试方式的数据采集要求;同时具有良好的人机交互界面,能够方便的对各类信号进行显示、计算、录制、回放和存储。在实际使用过程中,该系统表现出了优秀的易操作性,高可靠性和高精确度。This paper presents the design and implementation of a high-precision data acquisition system based on PXI series data acquisition device and graphical programming language LABVIEW for gas turbine/diesel engine units.It describes the design scheme,hardware components and software program function of the high-precision data acquisition system.The system can continuously collect multi-channel signals such as voltage,current and speed.The system has high measurement accuracy and fast response,which can meet the data collection requirements of various test methods.At the same time,it has a good human-computer interaction interface,and various types of signals can be displayed,calculated,recorded,played back,and stored conveniently.In the actual use,the system has shown excellent operability,high reliability and high precision.
