摘  要:基于飞机通信寻址和报告系统(ACARS)的A320蒙皮出口活门监控报文是一种预测性维修方法,通过大数据分析活门卡阻时的开关时间,结合活门的工作模式以及外界温度等参数,设置报警门槛值,使用地面软件工具进行编程并加载到飞机FDIMU(飞行数据接口和管理组件),若活门关键参数超出预设的门槛值后触发报文,ACARS会将报文实时发送到地面,便于工程师提前预知并采取维修措施。如果活门在空中卡阻,可以根据报文里其他关联系统的状态为机组提供空地技术支援,较好地解决A320飞机蒙皮出口活门卡阻导致的返航/备降事件。The monitoring report of A320 air skin outlet valve based on the aircraft communication addressing and reporting system(ACARS)is a prognostic maintenance method.Through big data analysis of the opening and closing time before the valve is jammed and in combination with the valve’s working mode,external temperature and other parameters,the alarm threshold value is set for programming and loading to the aircraft FDIMU computer.If the key parameters of the valve exceed the preset threshold value,it will trigger report and ACARS will send the report message to the ground in real time so that the engineers can make prognosis and take maintenance action.If the valve is jammed in the air,air-ground technical support can be provided to the crew according to the status of other related systems in the report,thus solving the problem of turn back/diversion caused by the A320 aircraft skin outlet valve jam.
