大型香蕉筛结构仿真与性能测试分析

摘　　要：为了研究2LKBB3661型香蕉筛的结构及性能特点,建立了筛箱的三维仿真模型,进行了结构仿真分析,对整机的运行状况进行了性能测试分析。研究结果表明,2LKBB3661型香蕉筛结构可靠、性能稳定,其应力较小,远小于钢材的屈服强度,且主要检测技术指标达到了或远低于技术标准规定的数值。In order to study the structure and performance characteristics of 2LKBB3661 banana screen,a three-dimensional simulation model of the screen box was established,the structure was simulated and analyzed,and the performance of the whole machine was tested and analyzed,2LKBB3661 banana-shaped screen has reliable structure and stable performance,its stress is much less than the strength of steel,and the major detection technical index reaches or much higher than the stipulated in the technical standard.
