摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-2019)的爆发和蔓延,儿童感染者也有较明显的增多趋势,新生儿病例亦有报道。新生儿是新型冠状病毒易感人群,一旦感染,对新生儿这一特殊免疫低下人群易造成严重危害。加强新型冠状病毒肺炎防控,有效预防新型冠状病毒在新生儿的传播和流行至关重要。本文结合首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院防控管理工作实际,从新生儿新型冠状病毒肺炎门急诊预检分诊、患儿分类排査、病区分区准入及标准操作程序(support oriented process,SOP)再造等内容进行实践探索,旨在建立一套行之有效的新生儿新型冠状病毒肺炎防控管理模式。With the outbreak and spread of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),more children are infected with COVID-19,and neonates are also reported.The neonates are particularly susceptible to SARS-CoV-2.Once infected,the COVID-19 develops rapidly and easily becomes severe.It is very important to prevent and control the SARS-CoV—2 infection of the neonates and to avoid the spread and prevalence of COVID-19 in newborns.According to the latest COVID-19 prevention and control situation in hospital,pre-inspection and triage of outpatient and emergency neonates,admittance of ward division y classification and screening of neonates,support onented process(SO P)process re-engineering are explored to provide the prevention and control management mode of the neonates during COVID-19 outbreak.
