摘　　要：目的:探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)辅助经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗老年急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)合并心力衰竭(心衰)患者的安全性及临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017-10-2019-04我科收治的行PCI治疗的78例老年ACS合并心衰患者的临床资料,其中应用IABP辅助治疗患者38例,未应用IABP辅助治疗患者40例,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标、血流动力学指标、心衰相关实验室指标。结果:两组老年患者经治疗后,心功能指标、血流动力学指标和心衰相关实验室指标均明显改善,且IABP+PCI组改善程度明显优于单独PCI治疗组。结论:IABP辅助PCI治疗能显著改善老年ACS合并心衰患者的心功能,改善血流动力学指标,有效纠正心衰,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the safety and effects of PCI combined with IABP for elderly patients with ACS accompanied by heart failure.Method:The data of a total of 78elderly patients with ACS accompanied by Heart Failure from Oct.2017to Apr.2019were analyzed.Of whom 38patients underwent PCI combined with IABP,and the other patients underwent conventional PCI.Cardiac function indexes,hemodynamic indexes and laboratory indexes related to heart failure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,cardiac function indicators,hemodynamic indicators and laboratory indicatoors related to heart failure were significantly improved in the two groups of elderly patients.IABP+PCI group was significantly better than that of the PCI group alone.Conclusion:For the elderly patients with ACS accompanied by Heart Failure,IABP combined with PCI can significantly improve the cardiac function,improve hemodynamic indexes,and effectively correct heart failure,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
