新冠肺炎疫情下产科病房分区管理策略

摘　　要：目的探讨在新冠肺炎疫情下产科住院患者出现突发事件的应急管理措施,旨在有效阻断新型冠状病毒在医院内的进一步扩大流行。方法产科病区住院患者的全程管理方案,从发热筛查、接诊管理、人员防护、住院管理、应急处置、陪护管理、环境消毒等方面做出具体指导。关键点在与所有住院患者根据可能存在的风险进行分区管理:设立严格筛查区域、未来等级筛查区域、单间病房、隔离病房。产房区域分成清洁区域、隔离区域,隔离区域又设立成隔离病房、隔离产房、医务人员活动区。随时可以根据突发事件的等级进行紧急分区管理。结果产科所有住院患者经过有效地筛查、医务人员经过科学的防护,若发现可疑孕产妇,即刻分区管理,医务人员及孕产妇进行分区诊疗,启动应急方案。未影响到后继住院孕产妇的医疗活动,保证了医患双方的安全以及正常的医疗秩序。结论三甲综合医院产科病房因地制宜的进行病房分区,发现可疑产妇启动应急管理策略,维持正常诊疗活动,可为制定疫情防控策略提供科学参考依据。Objective To explore the management of obstetric inpatients during the epidemic period of COVID-19 and the emergency management measures to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 in hospital.Methods The whole process management plan of the patients in obstetric ward was made from fever screening,admission management,staff protection,in-patient management,emergency treatment,accompany management,environmental disinfection and so on.The key point is to manage all inpatients by area based on risk:strict screening areas,areas for future screening,single-room wards,and isolation wards.The delivery room area is divided into a clean area and an isolated area.The isolated area also comprises an isolated ward,an isolated delivery room and an active area for medical personnel.At any time according to the level of emergencies for emergency zoning management.Results After effective screening and reasonable admission of all patients,scientific protection of medical personnel and effective control of accompanying personnel,suspicious patients were found and managed by district in time,the medical staff and the pregnant and lying-in women did not affect the medical activities of the later hospitalized pregnant and lying-in women,which ensured the safety of both doctors and patients and the normal medical order.Conclusion The maternity ward of a third-grade first-class hospital is divided into different sections according to the local conditions,emergency management strategies will be started if suspicious pregnant women were found,and maintain normal diagnosis and treatment activities,scientific reference can be provided for the formulation of epidemic prevention and control strategies.
