摘 要:改进换热器壳侧的结构形式,改善流动状况,提高其传热效果,是当前管壳式换热器壳程强化传热的一个方向。根据换热设备中外导流筒的结构优化换热器的壳程结构可以提高换热器的换热效率。从换热器的选型、选材和壳程流通面积计算等方面,阐述了换热器壳程结构的优化设计要点。One of the ways to enhance the heat transfer in the shell side of the shell&tube heat exchanger is to improve the structure type in the shell side of the heat exchanger,so as to facilitate the flow state and increase its heat transfer performance.By optimizing the shell side structure of the heat ex⁃changer based on the structure of external flow distributor of heat exchanging equipment,it is able to increase the heat exchanging efficiency of the heat ex⁃changer.The design highlights for optimization of the shell side structure of the heat exchanger are outlined.
