二水磷石膏向半水磷石膏转化的研究及应用

摘　　要：因"二水"物湿法磷酸生产副产的磷石膏残磷高,限制了其利用途径。研究了二水磷石膏向半水磷石膏转化,副产高附加值α-半水石膏或β-半水石膏的工艺过程,探索了该转化过程的主要控制参数,并概述了该研究成果在提高磷石膏综合利用方面的应用,以及其工艺优势。As the by⁃product phosphogypsum from“dihydrate”wet⁃process phosphoric acid production contains a high level of residual phosphorus,its usage is limited.The conversion process of dihydrate phosphogypsum to hemihydrate phosphogypsum,to produce high value⁃addedα⁃hemihydrate phosph⁃ogypsum orβ⁃hemihydrate phosphogypsum is researched on.Main control parameters involved in such conversion process are explored.The application of the research achievement in increasing the overall utilization of phosphogypsum,and its process advantages are also outlined.
