阿牛巴流量计在硫酸装置主风机上的应用

摘　　要：主风机是硫酸装置的核心动力设备,其流量参数的测量对装置运行至关重要。分析了硫酸装置主风机流量的测量特点和要求,简介了阿牛巴流量计的工作原理和安装要求、配套变压器的安装要点,以及阿牛巴流量计在硫酸装置主风机上的应用效果,认为阿牛巴流量计具有测量稳定、压损低、价格低廉、安装方便、重复性好等优点。The main blower is a piece of critical rotating equipment in the sulphuric acid,and hence the measurement of its flow parameters is critical to the operation of the plant.The features and requirements for measurement of the main blower flow in the sulphuric acid plant are analyzed,the working principle and installation requirements for the annubar flowmeter,and the installation highlights for the accompanying pressure transmitter are described,as well as the performance of the annubar flowmeter in the main blower of the sulphuric acid plant.It is concluded that the annubar flowmeter offers fea⁃tures including measurement stability,low pressure low,low cost,easy installation,and excellent repeatability.
