摘　　要：硫酸催化剂生产工艺尾气含有H2SO4和SO3等对环境有害成分,直接排放对环境造成污染;散发车间环境,对员工身体健康造成伤害。为解决该问题,贵州威顿催化技术有限公司结合实际情况,设计并新建了一套以KOH溶液为吸收液的尾气净化吸收装置。The process tailgas from sulphuric acid catalyst production contains H2SO4,SO3 and other components which are harmful to the environment,and the direction emission will cause pollution to the environment;dispersion in the workshop may cause damage to health of the workers.To address this issue,Guizhou Wylton Catalyst Technology Co.,Ltd.,based on the actual situation,designed and built a tailgas purification and absorption unit using KOH solution as the absorbing solution.
