摘　　要：目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的效果。方法将我院就诊的62例老年COPD的患者随机分为对照组(31例,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗)与观察组(31例,苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗)。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC)、炎症因子水平(CRP、IL-8及TNF-α)均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年COPD患者的效果显著,可改善患者的肺功能及炎症反应,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods Sixty-two elderly COPD patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(31 cases,salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation treatment)and observation group(31 cases,Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation treatment).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes(FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC),the levels of inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-8 and TNF-α)of the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation is effective in the treatment of COPD in the elderly patients.It can improve the pulmonary function and inflammatory response of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
