摘　　要：目的探讨老年科病房护士负性事件刺激所引发的心身问题及维护。方法运用杨德森、张亚林1986年编制的生活事件量表(LES),对老年病科护士负性事件刺激进行定量定性分析,以明确产生心身不适的原因,有针对性地去维护护士心身健康。结果老年病科20名护士的生活事件总刺激量(LES总分)显著高于正常人群;对负性事件刺激进行定性分析显示,随着护士年龄的增长,负性事件刺激的内容有明显变化。结论老年病科护士为精神压力大的高危人群,护理管理者要予以关注,有针对性地采取针对性措施,预防护士身心疾病。Objective To explore the psychosomatic problems caused by negative events stimulation of geriatrics department nurses and its maintenance.Methods Using the life event scale(LES)compiled by Yang desen and Zhang yalin in 1986,the negative event stimulation of nurses in geriatric department were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively,in order to make clear the causes of psychosomatic discomfort and maintain the psychosomatic health of nurses in a targeted manner.Results The total stimulus number of life events(LES total score)of 20 nurses in the geriatrics department was significantly higher than that of the normal population;qualitative analysis of negative event stimulation shows that the content of negative event stimulation changed significantly with the age of nurses increased.Conclusion Geriatrics department nurses are high-risk groups with high mental pressure,and nursing managers should pay attention and take targeted measures to prevent physical and mental diseases of nurses.
