摘　　要：本文介绍了北排集团为促进专业技术人才的职业发展,满足集团发展人才需求,建立和实施了涵盖职业标准和职业能力评价的职业标准体系。同时以北排实践为例说明了职业标准体系与定岗定编、创新培训等方面协同发力,可取得多维度提升人才素养的成效。To promote the career development of professional and technical personnel and meet the demand of development,Beijing Drainage Group Co.,Ltd establishes and implements the occupation standards system that includes occupational standards and professional ability evaluation system.The standards system can improve the capability of talents by combining with the job description plans and innovation training.
