摘　　要：本文介绍了我国出口欧盟儿童玩具产品的贸易情况,从召回(扣留)频次、通报国家、采取的措施、召回原因等方面分析欧盟非食用消费品快速预警系统(RAPEX)对我国儿童玩具产品的召回(扣留)特点,从化学安全性、机械物理安全性、燃烧安全性和警示标识安全性等方面分析不合规品的危险因素,研究欧盟儿童玩具方面的技术性贸易措施,并从企业、政府和第三方机构方面提出应对策略。This paper introduces the trade situation of children's toys exported to European Union,analyzes the recall(detainment)characteristics of products in European Union Rapid Alert System for Non-Food Consumer Products(RAPEX)in the aspects such as recall(detainment)frequency,notification country,measures and recall reasons,analyzes the risk factors of non-conforming products in the aspects including chemical safety,mechanical and physical safety,combustion safety and warning mark safety,and researches on the technical trade measures of European Union children's toys,and lastly puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of enterprises,governments and thirdparty institutions.
