摘 要:采用共沉淀-溶剂热-离子交换(CSIE)法制备了0~20%(摩尔分数,下同)的钼离子(Mo 3+)掺杂的稀土氟化物上转换纳米线(UCNW)β-NaRMF 4。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,Mo 3+掺杂可以改变β-NaRMF 4纳米线的晶格结构,导致其(201)晶面衍射峰发生偏移。透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果显示,通过控制Mo 3+掺杂量,改变纳米线在三维方向的生长速度,进而调控β-NaRMF 4纳米线的形貌,可使得其直径在20~50 nm范围内变化,长径比在20~500之间变化。荧光光谱显示,在980 nm近红外光激发下,10%Mo 3+掺杂导致β-NaRMF 4纳米线的上转换发光(UCL)增强了10倍。复合材料的上转换发光测试结果表明,β-NaRMF 4:Mo 3+纳米线增强体可赋予聚氨酯(PU)优异的光致发光性能,同时使聚氨酯的抗拉强度提高了99.30%,断裂伸长率提高了25.34%。Rare earth fluoride(NaRMF 4)upconversion nanowires(UCNWs)doped with varying amounts(0-20 mol%)of molybdenum(Mo 3+)ions have been prepared by a coprecipitation-solvothermal ion-exchange(CSIE)method.Doping with Mo 3+caused a shift in the position of the(201)reflection of NaRMF 4 UCNWs which was monitored by XRD.The diameter(20-50 nm)and aspect ratio(20-500)ofβ-NaRMF 4 nanowires both can be tuned by varying the Mo 3+content,because Mo 3+ions have varying effects on the growth rates in different dimensions during the CSIE process.Under near-infrared(NIR)excitation at 980 nm,the upconversion luminescence(UCL)spectrum of 10 mol%Mo 3+dopedβ-NaRMF 4 nanowires showed a 10-fold enhancement in UCL emission.When 0.8 wt.%of these UCNWs were incorporated into polyurethane(PU),composites with excellent photoluminescence properties were produced,with additional benefits of tensile strength increasing by 99%and the elongation at break increasing by 25%.
