运动休闲特色小镇发展问题与对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对运动休闲特色小镇发展进程中存在的问题进行研究。指出,当前运动休闲特色小镇发展存在理念异化、缺乏本土文化支撑与融合、产业创新思维与消费引领不足、忽视“人的城镇化”建设等问题。应聚焦优势主导产业,形成关联产业集聚与衍生产业融合的整体布局;强化本土文化的融合与创新,推动运动休闲文化生活化;加大机制政策创新,完善运动休闲特色小镇治理体系;坚持“以人为本”,积极推动“人的城镇化”建设进程;强化生态文明建设,促进运动休闲特色小镇的可持续发展。This paper studies the problems existing in the development process of sports and leisure characteristic town by literature and logical analysis.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the development of sports and leisure characteristic towns,such as concept alienation,a lack of support and integration of local culture,deficiency of industrial innovation thinking and consumption guidance,and ignoring of the construction of human urbanization.We should focus on the dominant industries to form the overall layout of the integration of related industries and derivative industries,and strengthen the integration and innovation of local culture to promote the living of sports and leisure culture.We will increase institutional and policy innovation to improve the governance system of sports and leisure towns adhering to the principle of“people-oriented”and actively promoting the construction process of“people’s urbanization”,and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization to promote the sustainable development of sports and leisure towns.
