摘  要:针对某电厂220 kV强迫油循环风冷主变压器运行过程中绝缘油总烃含量超标的问题,按照“先易后难,逐步排查”的原则,通过运行情况检查、铁芯接地电流测试、红外成像检查、分析预试和运行数据、停运潜油泵有异音的冷却器、开展预试试验,并结合多次色谱试验数据综合分析,准确判断故障原因为1号、3号潜油泵轴承磨损,造成局部高温,导致绝缘油分解。通过更换潜油泵、对绝缘油进行滤油脱气处理后,该主变压器恢复正常运行。因此,在实际使用中,可结合变压器冷却方式、环境温度、潜油泵运行时间等因素综合考虑,适当提前更换潜油泵。同时,设备日常巡检中,要注意检查潜油泵的运行情况,发现异常应及时检查处理。In view of the problem that the total hydrocarbon content of insulating oil exceeds the standard during the operation of 220kV forced oil circulation air-cooled main transformer in a power plant.According to the principle of"easy first,difficult later,and step by step screening",through the operation inspection,iron core grounding current test,infrared imaging inspection,of pre-test and operation data analysis,shutdown of the cooler of the submersible oil pump with abnormal sound and taking pre-test,and combined with the comprehensive analysis of multiple chromatographic test data,it can be accurately determined that the fault is caused by the wear of No.1 and No.3 submersible pump bearings,resulting in local high temperature,and further resulting the decomposition of insulating oil.After replacing the submersible pump and degassing filter oil of the insulating oil,the main transformer can resume normal operation.Therefore,in practical use,the submersible pump can be replaced properly in advance in consideration of transformer cooling mode,ambient temperature,operation time of the submersible pump and other factors.At the same time,during the routine inspection of the equipment,pay attention to the operation of the submersible pump,and timely check and deal with any abnormality that is found.
