关于河南省无障碍环境建设问题的研究

摘　　要：开展无障碍环境建设是全面贯彻落实党的"十九大精神"及"十三五"无障碍环境建设的规划要旨,坚持以人民为中心,为有无障碍需求的人群创造社会福利的一项主要内容。它既能保障残疾人平等参与社会生活的权利,也可为老年人等其他社会成员提供生活便利。本文以2012--2019年河南省残疾人事业统计公报数据为依据,并总结河南省当前无障碍环境建设的现状,尝试分析河南省无障碍环境建设行业的发展趋势,为有关部门提供相关政策导向建议。To carry out barrier-free environment construction is to fully implement the Party’s“19th National Congress”spirit and the“13th Five-Year”planning gist of barrier-free environment construction,adhere to the people-centered concept,and create a main content of social welfare for people with barrier-free needs.It can not only guarantee the disabled people’s equal right to participate in social life,but also provide convenience for other members of society,such as the elderly.Based on the data of the statistical bulletin for disabled persons in Henan Province from 2012 to 2019,this paper summarizes the current situation of barrier-free environment construction in Henan Province,tries to analyze the development trend of barrier-free environment construction industry in Henan Province,and proposes relevant policy-oriented suggestions for relevant departments.
