后疫情时代推动适老宜居社区建设

摘　　要：中国已经快速进入老龄社会,大部分老年人住在城市老旧住宅。居住环境不适合老年人的问题日益凸显,造成国家和个人沉重的负担。疫情之后,国家"新基建"和"老旧小区改造"新一轮投资建设中,应以"适老宜居社区"为抓手,对居住环境和基础设施进行全面适老化改造,建立老龄友好社会,发挥老龄化社会中老年人的作用,形成中国的第二次人口红利,促进中国经济的持续稳健发展。通过数千个典型案例的实践和总结,易享生活摸索建立了一整套解决方案。以老年的生活和社会交往需求为中心,建立社区的信任机制,打造适老、健康、智能的宜居环境及一站式社区生活服务,建立政府、企业、家庭有效协同创新机制,形成并推动适老行业发展。China has quickly entered an aging society.Most of the elderly live in old urban dwellings.The problem that the living environment is not suitable for the elderly has become increasingly prominent,causing a heavy burden on the country and individuals.After the epidemic,in the new round of construction investment of the country’s“new infrastructure”and“renovation of old town&communities”,we should take the livable community for the elderly as the starting point,carry out comprehensive aging reconstruction of living environment and infrastructure,establish an aging-friendly society,play the role of the elderly in the aging society,form the second demographic dividend in China,and promote the sustainable and steady development of China’s economy.Through the practice and summary of thousands of typical cases,Easylife Company has established a complete set of solutions,which focuses on the life and social interaction needs of the elderly,establishes a community trust mechanism,creates a suitable,healthy and intelligent livable environment for the elderly as well as one-stop community life service,establishes an effective collaborative innovation mechanism among the government,enterprises and families,so as to form and promote the development of the elderly industry in China.
