摘　　要：介绍了获得国家专利(专利号201721203285.5)的Q20湿式标准筛旋振筛机的机械结构和工作原理。在实验室中用该机替代人工筛分进行磨矿试验,用小于74μm筛网的1~8个标准筛套筛替代常规水析测定法进行微细粒级粒度分析,在选矿厂快速筛析中替代人工筛分进行矿浆细度测定。试验结果表明,用本机替代人工对500g试样进行74μm筛分,可节省时间18min左右;对125g试样进行-45+15μm范围内的五个粒级水析,可节省时间360min左右。多家科研院所实验室应用和江铜武山铜矿现场应用情况表明,该机具有结构简单、操作方便、筛分快捷、粒度准确、产品产率绝对误差率小和操作人员几乎不接触冷水等优点,是在实验室和生产现场进行粒度分析的理想设备。This paper introduces the mechanical structure and working principle of Q20 standardized wet vibrating screen machine which obtained the national patent(patent no.201721203285.5).This machine is used to replace manual screening for grinding test in the laboratory,1~8 standard sieve sets with less than 74μm screen are used to replace conventional determination of water analysis for fine particle size analysis,and in the rapid screening analysis of mineral processing plant,the pulp fineness measurement is replaced by manual screening.The test results indicate that,around 18 minutes can be saved for screening 500 g sample with 74μm comparing with screening by labor and around 360 minutes can be saved for screening 125 g sample with five fractions between the -45μm to +15μm comparing with screening by labor.The utilization in many institutes and Wushan copper ore of Jiangxi cooper corporation indicates that,the Q20 standardized wet vibrating screen machine has a variety of advantages,such as simple structure,easy operation,speedy screening,energy and water saving,accuracy of particle size,low noise and low error rate of yield and so on.Additionally,the Q20 standardized wet vibrating screen machine could let the workers avoid touching cold water,especially in chill winter.Therefore,the Q20 standardized wet vibrating screen machine is of great assistance to particle size analysis in lab.
