摘  要:通过280℃双道次挤压成功制备了一种高性能Mg-5Li-1Al(质量分数,%)镁锂合金板材,该板材可以实现常温变形.对其组织、织构、力学性能和成形性能做了详细研究.结果表明:在双道次挤压过程中,动态再结晶充分,合金板材的组织均匀细小,从而使板材具有较好的成形性能(断裂延伸率为34%,Erichsen值4.82).这是由于LA51合金所具有的弱基面织构与较高的加工硬化指数所导致的.The deformation of common Mg alloys is difficult,and the Mg-5Li-1Al(mass fraction,%)alloy sheet with good strength-ductility balance was successfully fabricated by two-pass extruded at 280℃,with good formability.The microstructural evolution,texture,mechanical properties and stretch formability of the extruded sheets were investigated.The results show that a refined microstructure can be obtained by two-pass extrusion due to the dynamic recrystallization(DRX).The extruded sheet exhibits excellent formability with elongation to failure(FE)of 34% and Erichsen value of 4.82.The superior mechanical properties can be attributed to the ultrafine DRX grains and weaken basal texture resulted from the lithium addition.
