摘　　要：本文在分析系统结构权和要素权与功能之间的关系时发现,在结构一定时,系统功能与要素权之间存在一定的函数关系,系统功能SG=S(yw1,yw2,…,ywn)。特别这个函数在系统结构优化后系统功能和系统要素权都标准化后有SG=S(0,0,…,0)=0,SG=S(1,1,…,1)=1的特性。我们通过对具体系系统的系统功能与系统要素权的分析后,研究了系统关键要素和重要要素等与系统要素权的一些基本概念,基本规律,且得到了系统关键要素与系统要素权之间的几个定理。如,定理1,在系统S中,对于固有功能GYj,若要素yi或者要素集合{yi}从系统S中去掉,等价于系统S中要素yi或者要素集合{yi}对于影响该固有功能GYj的要素权wi=0或者要素权集合权{wi}={0i};同时本文研究结果理论上可以完善系统理论,错误系统理论,特别是系统权理论;可以在物尽其用,人尽其才的应用方面具有一定的指导和参考价值。After analyzing the relationship between system structure weight and system element weight,when the structure is fixed,this paper finds that there is a certain functional relationship between system function and system element weight,and system function SG= S(yw1,yw2,…,ywn). In particular,this function has the feature SG= S(0,0,…,0) = 0,SG= S(1,1,…,1) = 1 after the optimization of system structure and the standardization of system function and system element weight. Through the analysis of system function and system element weight,The paper we studies some basic concepts and laws of system key element and important element and system element weight,and gets some theorems between system key element and system element weight. For example,theorem 1: In system S,for the inherent function GYj,if element yior element set {yi} is removed from system S,it is equivalent to element yior element set {yi} in system S. As for element weight wi= 0 or element weight set {wi} = {0i} affecting the inherent function GYj. At the same time,the results of this paper can improve system theory,error system theory,especially system weight theory. It has certain guiding and reference value in the application of making the best use of everything and the best use of people.
