摘 要:目的:分析食物不耐受检测在过敏性疾病的临床应用。方法:分析2017年1月—2019年12月我院收治的过敏性疾病患者400例,对患者均采用血清学14种食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平检测,对比最终检测结果。结果:经过检测后,牛奶阳性检出率最高为53.00%;其次为鸡蛋、大豆,阳性检出率分别为38.50%与25.00%,且男性患者阳性检出率高于女性(P>0.05)。结论:食物不耐受是导致患者发生过敏性疾病的主要原因之一,有效的食物不耐受检测结果可为患者的临床治疗与防控起到指导作用。Objective To analyze the clinical application of food intolerance test in allergic diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis of 400 cases of allergic diseases in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 was carried out.The serum levels of 14 kinds of food intolerance specific IgG antibodies were detected in all patients,and the final results were compared.Results After the test,the positive rate of milk was 53.00%,followed by eggs,41.00%and soybeans 25.00%.The positive rate of male patients was higher than that of female(P>0.05).Conclusion Food intolerance is one of the main causes of allergic diseases in patients.Effective food intolerance test results can play a strong role in guiding the clinical treatment and prevention and control of patients.
