摘 要:为研究低温状况下铣削锡铋合金工件切削力的变化规律,设计了铣削参数的单因素影响试验和各铣削参数对铣削力影响的正交试验,分别对工件在室温和低温条件下进行加工,基于试验数据展开了铣削力影响因素分析和极差分析,并建立了工件在2种不同温度条件下的铣削力经验公式。研究结果表明:工件在室温加工条件下,主轴转速对X向铣削力FX影响最大,切削深度次之,进给量影响最小,铣削参数对Z向铣削力FZ的影响次序与FX相同,而对Y向铣削力FY影响的次序为切削深度最大、主轴转速次之、进给量为最小;工件在低温加工条件下,对于3个方向铣削力都呈现出切削深度影响最大、主轴转速次之、进给量影响最小的特点。对比工件在室温和低温下的加工情况,发现在低温条件下铣削力减小了50%~60%。In order to study the influence of low temperature of workpiece on the cutting force of tin-bismuth alloy milling process,single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to process the workpiece under room temperature and low temperature respectively.Based on the experimental data,the influence factors and the poles of milling force were analyzed.The difference analysis and the milling force model of the workpiece at room temperature and low temperature were established.The results of the study are as follows:In the condition of room temperature,the order of influence of the cutting parameters on milling force component in the X and Z directions is the spindle rotation speed,the depth of cut and the feed rate.While the order of influence of the cutting parameters on milling force component in the Y direction is the depth of cut,the spindle rotation speed and the feed rate.In the low temperature condition,the order of influence of the cutting parameters on milling force component in the X,Y and Z directions is the depth of cut,the spindle rotation speed and the feed rate.Comparing the workpiece at room temperature and low temperature processing,it was found that the milling force was reduced by 50%to 60%at low temperatures.
