祛风通络药物联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价祛风通络药物联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法通过计算机和手工检索祛风通络药物联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验文献,采用RevMan5.1.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8个研究,总共574例不稳定型心绞痛患者。Meta分析结果显示:常规西药联合祛风通络药物改善中医症候疗效优于单纯西药组(RR=1.43,95%CI:1.20~1.71),改善心绞痛疗效(RR=1.30,95%CI:1.18~1.42),改善心电图疗效(RR=1.27,95%CI:1.03~1.57),降低超敏C反应蛋白(MD=-2.04,95%CI:-3.98^-0.11),但祛风通络药物与祛风通络药联合西药或联合中成药在降低低密度脂蛋白方面无统计学差异(MD=-0.69,95%CI:-1.39~0.01)。结论祛风通络药物联合西药能够更好改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,还有一定的抗炎作用。但仍需更多高质量的随机对照试验明确祛风通络药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qufeng Tongluo medicine combined with western medicine for unstable angina pectoris.Methods The randomized controlled trial literature of Qufeng Tongluo drug combined with western medicine for unstable angina pectoris was retrieved by computer and manual.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.1.0 software.Results There were 8 RCTs included and totally 574 cases of unstable angina pectoris involved.Meta analysis results show that conventional western medicine combined with Qufeng Tongluo medicine is better than traditional western medicine group in improving TCM symptoms(RR=1.43,95%CI:1.20~1.71),and improving the effect of angina pectoris(RR=1.30,95%CI:1.18~1.42),improve the electrocardiogram efficacy(RR=1.27,95%CI:1.03~1.57),reduce the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(MD=-2.04,95%CI:-3.98^-0.11),but Qufeng Tongluo drugs There is no statistical difference between Qufeng Tongluo medicine combined with western medicine or combined Chinese patent medicine in reducing low density lipoprotein(MD=-0.69,95%CI:-1.39~0.01).Conclusion Qufeng Tongluo medicine combined with western medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris,and also have certain anti-inflammatory effects.However,more randomized controlled trials with higher quality are needed to determine the efficacy of Qufeng Tongluo medicine in treating unstable angina pectoris.
