摘  要:为降低转炉生产20CrMnTiH钢的全氧含量,开展分析与试验,采取了转炉高拉碳、铝脱氧、精炼渣洗、钙处理、连铸全保护浇注等工艺,实现钢中全氧含量≤15×10-6.In order to reduce the total oxygen content of 20CrMnTiH Steel produced by converter,the analysis and test were carried out,and the total oxygen content in steel was effectively reduced by adopting the processes of high drawing carbon,aluminium deoxidation,refining slag washing,calcium treatment and continuous casting full protection pouring,it is achieved that the total oxygen content is less than 15 part per million.
