摘  要:针对热连轧产线在高速钢轧辊推进过程中出现的带钢断面中部凹陷和单侧塌陷两种异常断面问题,通过对现场防剥落水的改进、精轧工作辊辊形优化及变凸度轧制功能的开发,有效解决了以上两种断面异常问题.从机理上认识到防剥落水不仅影响带钢表面质量,而且会对带钢断面质量产生较大影响.从窜辊控制来看,在现场机组工况条件变化较小的条件下,通过增加窜辊步长和提高窜辊利用率对断面质量也有明显改善.To the two unusual profile problems that the middle depression and one side collapse of the strip profile in the process of high-speed steel rolls are used in the hot rolling production line,through improvement of prevention crumbling water,the optimization of finish rolling work roll shape and the development of variable crown rolling function,the above two unusual profile problems are effectively solved.From the frontiers,it is realized that the prevention crumbling not only affect the surface quality of the strip,but also has a great impact on the profile quality of the strip.From the peaking roll shifting control,under the condition that the working condition of the unit changes little,the quality of the profile is also improved by increasing the step length and the utilization ratio of roll shifting.
