社区护士职业召唤对职业成长的影响:工作形塑的中介效应  

The influence of community nurses’career calling on career growth: the mediating effects of job crafting

摘　　要：目的探讨社区护士职业召唤对职业成长的影响以及工作形塑的中介效应。方法于2018年7-12月采用职业成长量表、职业召唤量表及工作形塑量表对216名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果社区护士职业成长均分为(44.52±5.42)分,职业召唤均分为(43.17±4.93)分,工作形塑均分为(57.75±8.59)分。社区护士职业召唤、职业成长、工作形塑三者间存在相关性,工作形塑在职业召唤与职业成长间发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的21.1%。结论社区护士职业成长有待提升,对社区护士职业成长的干预可从提升职业召唤感及有效进行工作形塑出发。Objective To investigate the influence of career calling on thecareer growth of community nurses and the mediating effects of job crafting.Methods A total of 216 community nurses were investigated with Career Growth Scale,Career Calling Scale and Job Crafting Scale during July to December 2018. Results Theaveragescore of career growth,career calling and job crafting were( 44.52±5.42),( 43.17±4.93) and( 57.75±8.59). There was a correlation amongcareer growth,career calling and job crafting. The job crafting plays an intermediary role between job calling and career growth,and its mediating effects was 21.1%.Conclusions The career growth of community nurses needs to be improved,the promotion of career calling and the intervention on career growth could be started from promotion of career calling and job crafting.
