摘　　要：为了实现设备维修中心安全管理标准化,在管理过程中采用了双重预防机制、安全生产责任制落实、安全考核等安全管理措施,最终实现安全管理标准化。通过层层落实责任形成执行力链环,发现管理过程中的薄弱环节,及时解决并补齐短板,实现中心安全生产可持续发展。In order to realize the standardization of safety management in equipment maintenance center,we adopt double prevention mechanism,safety production responsibility system implementation,safety assessment and other safety management measures in the management process,finally realize the standardization of safety management.Through the implementation of responsibility layer upon layer to form the chain of execution,we find the weak links in the management process,timely solve the shortage,and achieve sustainable development of safety production in center.
