摘 要:水利水电工程征地移民实物调查是一项内容繁杂、影响深远的基础性工作,其调查成果直接影响移民安置规划和移民补偿投资的确定,关系着广大群众的切身利益,关系着社会的和谐稳定。本文将PDCA循环法运用于水库移民实物调查工作,探索传统移民实物调查工作的全面优化,结果表明,PDCA循环法有效地促进了实物调查目标的实现,提升了调查成果质量,夯实了后期征地移民安置工作的基础。The physical investigation of land expropriation and resettlement in water conservancy and hydropower projects is a complicated and far-reaching basic work.The results of the investigation have a direct impact on the determination of resettlement planning and resettlement compensation investment,which are related to the vital interests of the broad masses as well as the harmony and stability of the society.PDCA cycle method is applied to the physical investigation of reservoir migration,and the comprehensive optimization of the traditional physical investigation of migration is explored.The results show that PDCA cycle method can effectively promote the realization of physical investment objectives,thereby improving the quality of the investment results,and solidifying the basis of subsequent land exploration and resettlement work.
