摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备了高密度聚乙烯/丁苯橡胶热塑性硫化胶(HDPE/SBR TPV),研究了其微观结构、压缩永久变形、可逆回复行为及其机制;通过数据拟合构建了数学模型,同时还结合TPV微观形貌分析和可逆回复行为探讨了压缩永久变形可逆回复机制。结果表明,随着橡胶相含量的增大和热处理温度的升高,TPV可逆回复程度明显提高;当热处理温度为130℃时,TPV回复效果最佳。Thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPV) based on high density polyethylene(HDPE)/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) blends were prepared by using dynamic vulcanization.The micro-morphology,the compression set,the reversible recovery and the mechanism were all studied systematically.The mathematical model was estblished by using the data fit of the recovery process,at the same time,the reversible recovery mechanism of the compression set was discussed by combining the micro-morphology analysis with he reversible recovery behaviour.The results indicated that the reversible recovery extent of the TPV was obviously increased with the increase of the rubber content and the rise of the heat-treatment temperature.The effect of the reversible recovery was optimum when the heat-treatment temperature was 130 ℃.
