摘　　要：为观察改良半闭合式痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效,将44例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各22例。观察组采用改良半闭合式痔切除术治疗,对照组采用常规混合痔外剥内扎术治疗。观察比较两组手术时间、术后并发症发生率、住院时间、术后半年复发率等指标。结果显示,观察组在术后并发症发生率、住院时间等指标上明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在手术时间、术后半年复发率方面比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,改良半闭合式痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效显著,并发症较少,远期疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the clinical effect of modified semi-closed resection procedure for hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 44 cases into observation group(22 cases,received above procedure)and control group(44 cases,still external dissection&internal ligation);then,observed and compared both groups’operating time,postoperative complication incidence,hospitalization time,postoperative 0.5 year-recurrence rate there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Results show that the modified semi-closed resection for hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has significant effect and with less complication,as well its long-term effect is satisfactory.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
