复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗内痔嵌顿43例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴治疗内痔嵌顿的疗效,将86例内痔脱垂嵌顿者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。治疗组使用2.5%复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴联合地奥司明口服及肛泰软膏外用,对照组使用0.02%高锰酸钾溶液坐浴联合地奥司明口服及肛泰软膏外用。观察比较2组疗效及并发症情况。结果显示,治疗组总有效率为90.70%高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组疼痛,水肿,出血及嵌顿改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴联合地奥司明口服及肛泰软膏外用治疗内痔嵌顿疗效显著,可明显改善疼痛、水肿、出血及嵌顿情况,值得临床推广应用。This study was to observe the effect of Jingjie Xunxi Ji(a TCM formula,for fuming-wash,shortly named:Ji)in the treatment of incarcerated internal hemorrhoids,randomly divided 86 cases into treatment group(43 cases,adopted 2.5%of Ji for sitz bath,oral administered diosmin tablets,and external used Gangtai salve)and control group(43 cases,0.02%of PP solution substituted for sitz bath,others same treatment group);then compared both groups’effect and complication.As results,in total effective rate and in complication improved(i.e pain,edema,bleeding and incarcerated status),treatment group was respectively higher(90.70%vs 79.07%)than and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Ji for sitz bath combined with oral diosmin plus Gangtai salve in the treatment of incarcerated internal hemorrhoids has great effect,can significantly improve such complications as pain,edema,bleeding and incarcerated status.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
